If you've disassembled your console to install a new mod or troubleshoot some issues, you're likely aware that it can be a hassle to power the console using an external source, given you don't have a shell to hold the batteries in place. 

This battery holder, for AA and AAA batteries, allows you to insert your batteries and power your console PCB with the attached alligator clips; or better yet, opt for the version with switch to keep the alligator clips attached and effortlessly power the PCB on and off whenever you need.

Very convenient.

Love this little thing. Makes checking to see if repairs and mods work without having to reassemble the entire GameBoy Color/Advance systems. Just attached the clips to the battery contacts sticking out of the board and that's it. Saves a lot of time. Going to keep it loaded with lithium batteries.
